32 The End

We've finished Rules. Let's share our impressions, likes, dislikes, questions and criticisms.

Please be sure both comment and respond to others' comments!

Discussion Points:
a. What were your favorite parts of Rules?
b. What are your criticisms of Rules (the things you thought could be better)?
c. Talk about your favorite and least favorite characters, and why you feel that way.
d. What questions are you left with?
e. What do you wish had been different?

Let's write!

Bonus: I'll give a pack of Smarteez to the first person who can correctly identify the TWO conjunctions in the first (and only) three sentences in this blog post.

  1. I think that she left us with some problems at the end of the book that were not answered. My favorite parts of rules were when david would just yell out rules like no toys in the fishtank. My favorite charactor was david. i loved how he would just randomly say rules. also how he would always yell quiet pigs.

    1. I for one agree with Dillion's theory, I think Mrs. Lord left out some important stuff. What happened to Kristi and Ryan? Did Kristi's mom and dad fall in love again? A lot of important facts that could be in the sequel. I've gots to know!!!!

  2. I liked rules a lot better than I thought I would when you look at the cover it looks like it is a book for girls but it is is good for every one it was a good book to end the year with. my favorit part was when Cathrin was joking and said she would push him around the parking lot and that would be like running but Jason took it for real and wanted to do it so Cathrin pushed him around. I think the ending could of been better though like what happend with Jason and Cathrin and kristy and Cathrin.

  3. I think that the book was really good but I think she didn't really solve the problem with kristi and Catherine. I think the ending could have been better but the beginning was really really good. I like the fact that she wrote the book from her own expereance with her kids and that she baised the people in the story on people that she knew.
